Stacy M. Dysart - Principal, is specifically responsible for the coordination between PEVO services and operations, ensuring a safe and successful transport of each component. Route Surveys, PEVO assignments and scheduling, operator fitness, and permit coordination are integral duties. In addition, Stacy is also broadly responsible for the day to day operations of FT&L Specialized. Stacy is a graduate of Gadsden State Community College and the US Job Corps program.

Stuart F. Dysart

Principal
Stuart F. Dysart - Principal, is specifically responsible for the day to day movement of freight, procurement and quoting of new business, equipment acquisition and strategic placement, and continuing business development. Stuart has over 20 years of Operator/Driver experience to include super load dimensions and weight. Stuart is a graduate of Talladega College, where he received a BS in English with a concentration in Journalism. Stuart is also a graduate of Samford University, where he received a Masters of Science in Environmental Management.

Clinton Harris Jr.

Principal
Clinton Harris Jr., Principal, is specifically responsible for the development of new business opportunities, assisting with project procurement, and continued business relations. Clinton is a graduate of Tuskegee University, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Stacey D. Newton

VP and General Manager
Stacey D. Newton, VP and General Manager is specifically responsible for the day to day administrative and accounting functions. Following high school, Stacey immediately began her career in Office Management and Accounting in Winston-Salem, NC before returning home to Pell City, AL in 2003. Bringing her expertise to several local construction companies, she also began her education in understanding the complexities of transporting oversize overweight commodities. Stacey has been vital to the overall internal operations of FT&L since 2014.

Senior Permit Clerk
Stephanie Donahue, Senior Permit Clerk. Stephanie has over 4 years experience in the procurement of permits, specifically super load dimension permitting. Stephanie also assists in the HR portion of operator retention and DOT compliance.
